Development Review Committee Information:  The Development Review Committee was created in the mid-1990s to assist developers with permitting new construction.  The committee is made up of representatives from the following Departments:  Planning, Public Works, Code Enforcement, Environmental Health, Utility, Emergency Management and Fire.

The DRC reviews and approves construction plans for new residential and commercial subdivisions as well as the site development plans for commercial and multi-family lots.  They review Preliminary Plats & Site Plans for approval.

Meetings start at 9:00 a.m. and are held in the Planning Department office at 22 N. Main Street.  Please see Planning Department page for meeting schedule, agenda, and minutes.
