The Oconee Connector extension project is nearing completion.  If the weather cooperates, we hope to have the road open by 1/31/12.  Please use caution when travelling in this area as traffic patterns may change due to construction activities.

Each year the Public Works Department performs a rating of every road in the County using a methodology developed by the Georgia Department of Transportation.  We evaluate roads that appear in the top 100 of this ranking system and develop a list of resurfacing candidates.
